Its her first night on duty and this Intern is going to be taught a lesson in how to give enemas by the head Nurse. When she becomes reluctant the head nurse turns her over her knee for a good sounds bare bottom spanking. She then proceeds to give her an enema using a 9 inch enema nozzle.
